About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of HR activities across the business.

Working closely with the HR team and leaders across the organisation, you’ll play an important role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly while providing a positive experience for employees and managers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is highly organised, and is looking to further develop their career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment processes including advertising roles, screening applications and scheduling interviews
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with employment agreements, contract variations and HR correspondence
  • Provide administrative support across HR initiatives and projects
  • Support managers and employees with HR queries and policies
  • Assist with reporting, HR systems updates and general HR administration

About You

  • Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to support a busy team
