Katie has been with Graham Consulting since 2007 and is our Director and Manager. While leading the team she also specialises in the recruitment of Management & Executive appointments for clients across the Country. As well CE, GM and Branch based management roles her key areas include Sales, Marketing, Operations, Accounting & Finance and supporting Executive teams with search assignments and company specific critical hires. Katie is certified in psychometric assessment and interpretation, is a member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand. Immersing herself in wider business communities Katie is the president of the Canterbury Club and past President of the Christchurch Business Club (First female president since the clubs establishment on 1931) as well as a member of the Rātā foundation board.
