We’re currently working with a well-established business looking for an experienced Trust Accounts Administrator to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong accounts background who enjoys working in a professional, process-driven environment and is looking for a role where attention to detail really matters.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of trust accounts, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and in line with relevant procedures and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day trust account transactions, ensuring they are processed accurately and on time.

  • Support regular trust account reporting and reconciliation requirements.

  • Work closely with the wider finance team to support the firm’s day-to-day financial processes.

  • Handle sensitive client financial information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Assist with wider finance projects and business support as required.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is confident working with numbers, highly organised and comfortable managing sensitive financial information.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment

  • Experience working with trust accounts or client funds

  • Strong accounts administration experience

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good Excel and systems skills

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • The ability to work independently while being part of a wider team
