This well-established business is a leader in its field and is seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join the team and make an immediate impact. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in management accounting and will play a key role in supporting core finance functions. The company has a strong workplace culture, embracing a work-hard, play-hard mentality and offering a unique work-life balance.

 Key responsibilities will include:

  • Financial reporting and analysis

  • Month-end closing 

  • Maintain Fixed Assets

  • Budgeting & forecasting

  • Support strategic planning and goals

  • Relationship management and key business partnerships

  • Process and business improvement assignments

  • Ad-hoc projects

  • Relevant tertiary education

  • Strong ERP and Excel user & excellent analytical skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work autonomously in a fast paced, dynamic environment
