We're looking for an experienced Transport Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced transport business. You’ll be the key contact for customers, managing enquiries, preparing pricing, processing documentation and ensuring every job runs smoothly from an administrative and customer service perspective.

About the Role

Working alongside the Operations team, you'll be responsible for supporting customers throughout the transport process. From preparing quotations and verifying freight rates to processing documentation and responding to customer enquiries, you'll ensure every shipment is managed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and bookings
• Prepare freight quotations and customer pricing
• Verify freight rates and ensure charges are accurate
• Prepare transport documentation, manifests and freight paperwork
• Liaise with customers regarding pricing, service requirements and documentation
• Assist with freight invoicing and reconciliation queries
• Maintain accurate operational records and reporting
• Work closely with the dispatch and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery

About You

You'll also have:

• Experience in transport, freight or logistics administration
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Experience using Transport Management Systems (TMS)
• Confidence preparing freight quotations and interpreting pricing
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment
