Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team.
• Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer enquiries professionally.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient trading.
• Manage stock levels, merchandising, inventory accuracy and stock control.
• Recruit, train and onboard new team members.
• Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs effectively.
• Take ownership of the store's P&L, managing budgets, controlling costs and driving profitability.
• Analyse sales reports and identify opportunities to improve performance.

About You

• Previous experience in a Retail Manager or Assistant Store Manager position.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident managing stock, merchandising and store operations.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering great service.
• Experience with POS systems and retail reporting is advantageous.
