This New Zealand-based company specialises in the manufacture and supply of engineered construction components for residential and commercial building projects. Our clients are seeking a proactive Production Manager to oversee daily operations. You will be responsible for leading dedicated team and ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage all aspects of production, including scheduling, workflow, and quality control
· Lead and support two direct reports and their production teams
· Maintain health and safety standards across all production activities
· Collaborate with internal teams
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed
About You:
· Proven experience in a production management or supervisory role within manufacturing, construction, or a related industry
· Understanding of quality standards and health& safety regulations
· Excellent leadership and organisational skills
· Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders
