About the role
You’ll be responsible for coordinating assembly, packing, and dispatch offinished products. You’ll also support compliance and quality processes bypreparing documentation to meet international standards. Alongside this, you’lltrack deliveries, resolve customer queries, and maintain accurate reporting anddata entry.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate assembly, packing, and dispatch offinished products.
· Track deliveries and liaise with customers toresolve delivery queries.
· Prepare and check documentation to meetcompliance and quality requirements.
· Organise inspections and support quality controlactivities.
· Maintain accurate reporting, data entry, andrecord keeping.
· Assist with stock management and inventorytracking.
· Provide general administrative support acrossproduction and logistics teams.
What You’ll Bring
· Strong organisational skills and attention todetail.
· Previous experience in logistics, supply chain,or administration
· Confidence working with documentation,reporting, and data systems.
· Good problem-solving skills and ability tomanage competing priorities.
· Strong communication skills and acustomer-focused approach.
