This role is critical insupporting a period of growth and transformation, with a strong focus on end toend recruitment, team leadership, and delivering people focused solutions.

WhatYou'll Be Doing:

·        Leadand execute high-volume recruitment across operational, warehousing, andsupport roles

·        Manageand support a small team of direct reports within the HR function

·        Providegeneralist HR support across the employee lifecycle

·        Collaboratewith operational leaders to build strong workforce planning and talentpipelines

·        Promoteand support a strong health and safety culture, partnering with managers toensure best practice and compliance

·        Driveonboarding and engagement initiatives to retain new hires

·        Ensurecompliance with employment legislation and internal policies

WhatWe’re Looking For:

·        Provenexperience in a senior Human Resources position ideally within logistics,transport, or similar blue-collar environments

·        Strongtrack record in end-to-end recruitment and workforce scaling

·        Confidentleader with experience managing a team

·        Abilityto work in a fast-paced, operationally driven business

·        Availableto start immediately or at short notice
