About Us:

Holer Diamond Tools is the largest supplier of high-quality diamond tools and solutions to the concrete cutting, construction and flooring industries. We pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with these clients, offering tailored solutions that meet their specific needs and ensuring they get the best possible value from our products. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious, results-driven Key Account Manager to help drive our success in Christchurch and the lower South Island.

Role Overview:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients from the concrete cutting, construction, flooring sectors. You’ll work to deliver exceptional customer service, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Drive sales and exceed targets through proactive engagement and excellent customer service.
  • Promote the company’s brand, ensuring customers have a positive experience and receive optimal solutions.
  • Support the team and contribute to a positive, collaborative work culture.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B sales or in the tools industry.
  • You will be driven by sales targets and budgets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Full, clean driver’s license (mandatory).
