We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to take ownership of the full HR function within a growing business. You’ll manage the full employee lifecycle, providing hands-on support across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policies, and culture initiatives. You'll be a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, bringing a practical and solutions-focused approach to HR.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to offboarding.
• Provide advice and support on employment relations, performance management and HR matters.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, processes and systems to support business needs.
• Partner with leaders to build a positive workplace culture and improve employee engagement.
• Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing and coordinating new hires.
• Support organisational development initiatives, training and employee wellbeing programmes.
• Ensure compliance with NZ employment legislation and best practice HR processes.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a HR Manager, Senior HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of NZ employment legislation and experience managing ER matters.
• Confident working autonomously and taking ownership of the HR function.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.
• A practical, proactive approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
