We're currently seeking a proactive and organised Health and Safety Administrator to join a well-established organisation on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on attention to detail, and is passionate about supporting health and safety systems and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing day-to-day health and safety administration support
• Maintaining accurate records, registers, and documentation
• Coordinating training, testing, inspections, and compliance activities
• Assisting with incident and event administration, reporting, and follow-up
• Supporting risk management processes and corrective action tracking
• Preparing health and safety reports and maintaining performance data
• Coordinating contractor documentation and maintaining contractor records
• Providing general administrative support across health and safety initiatives and projects

About You:

• Previous administration experience, ideally within a health and safety environment
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Able to prioritise your workload and work both independently and as part of a team
• Confident using the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
