They’re now looking for a reliable Export Specialist to manage end-to-end export operations, ensuring a seamless delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise and oversee export freight from origin to destination managing any delays.
• Complete all necessary shipment documentation and ensure compliance with local and international customs.
• Track and report shipments using freight management systems
• Communicate effectively with shipping lines, international agents and internal teams.
• Prioritise urgent shipments and manage a variety of tasks effectively.

What You Will Bring:

• Previous experience and knowledge in a export role.
• Strong knowledge of freight management systems (CargoWise experience preferred).
• Excellent problem solving and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across various teams.
• High attention to detail
