This opportunity to join a team of financial experts in Christchurch City Centre is not one to be missed! This varied role works closely with clients, insurers and brokers to deliver seamless service and ensure the best outcome for every client.

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Commercial Broker Support to provide day-to-day assistance to brokers and their portfolio of commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting brokers with client inquiries, documentation, and policy management.
  • Preparing quotes, proposals, and reports to assist in client interactions.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of policy renewals, endorsements, and claims.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2+ years in a commercial broker support position
  • Level 5 certificate in Financial Services (General Insurance Strand)
  • New Zealand broker support experience is necessary
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance programs.
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
