Do you have a passion for the beauty industry and thrive in a dynamic environment? Our client is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team on a maternity leave contract starting anytime from now for a 9-10month period.
They are a leading supplier to the beauty industry, providing high-quality products and exceptional service to their valued business clients. Business-to-business (B2B) experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answering phones and handling customer inquiries
· Processing orders and keying them into the system
· Handling accounts, aged debtors, and processing 20th of the month payments
· Working closely with the Inventory Manager to assist with stock control, and product transfers
· Providing sales support to the wider team
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience in customer service or sales support
· Strong skills in Excel
· Business-to-business (B2B) experience is required
· A proactive and organised approach to multitasking
· A beauty industry background is advantageous but not essential
· Ability to start relatively immediately and commit to a fixed-term contract until Feb 2026
