About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for data entry and administrative support, ensuring records and internal systems are accurate and up to date. With a focus on precision and confidentiality, your work will contribute to the smooth operation of a purpose-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry into internal systems and databases
  • Maintain and update records
  • Support general administrative tasks (scanning, filing, inbox monitoring)
  • Liaise with internal team members to ensure information is complete and current
  • Manage digital and physical files efficiently

About You

  • Previous experience in administration or data entry (health sector experience a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using digital systems
  • Reliable, well-organised, and able to manage time independently
  • Friendly and professional communication style
