Having been operating in Christchurch for a number of years this successful company has a large domestic market share. They are now on the hunt for an accounts administrator to join them on a fulltime basis with a focus on Accounts Payable & Receivable processing.

To join this successful business, you will be a dynamic, self-motivated individual who is prepared to go the extra mile to support the wider team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • High volume accounts payable & receivable processing
  • Receipting and entering invoices into the system
  • Reconciliations
  • Ad hoc accounts & administration duties

The ideal candidate will display the following attributes:

  • Previous experience as an accounts administrator
  • Computer savvy with the ability to pick up new systems and software
  • High attention to detail
  • Easy-going and a strong team player
  • The ability to show initiative and self-manage
