What you’ll be doing
· Bank reconciliations, invoicing, and credit control
· Weekly and monthly payroll for permanent and temporary staff
· GST, FBT, and statutory compliance
· Cashflow, budgets, and expenditure reporting
· Monthly P&L preparation and analysis
· Supplier management and payments
· Supporting projects (including Capex)
· Transitioning from MYOB to Xero
· Liaison with external CA
What we’re looking for
· Solid accounting experience (ideally in a similar role)
· Strong skills in MYOB and ACE Payroll – exposure to Xero would be a real advantage
· Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidence working with numbers
· Ability to manage competing deadlines while working part-time hours
· A proactive team player who enjoys variety and ownership of tasks
