About the Role

We're partnering with a well-established organisation looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service.

Managing an established portfolio, you'll become a trusted partner to your customers, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to add value. Working closely with internal teams, you'll ensure a seamless customer experience while supporting continued account growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships through regular customer contact
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional products and services
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are exceeded
  • Prepare quotes, follow up opportunities and provide product recommendations
  • Maintain accurate customer records, account plans and CRM information
Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in account management, territory sales or business development
  • A proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience within the trade, automotive, industrial or merchant sector will be highly regarded
