What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing enquiries and sales while building strong relationships with trade customers

  • Preparing quotes, processing orders and providing accurate product advice

  • Developing product knowledge across a broad range of trade products

  • Supporting inventory management and maintaining accurate stock levels

  • Working closely with suppliers and the wider team to find the right solutions

  • Supporting sales growth by identifying opportunities and developing existing customer relationships

About You

  • Experience in sales, internal sales, retail, trade or a technical environment

  • Confident communicating with customers and building strong relationships

  • Commercially minded with a focus on finding the right solutions

  • Organised and accurate with quotes, orders and pricing

  • Positive, reliable and keen to learn, grow and take on more responsibility
