About the Opportunities

We’re currently recruiting for multiple opportunities within an established and successful business, with roles suited to people across customer service, internal trade sales and branch operations.

This is a great opportunity to join a business with a strong presence in the industry, an established customer base and a practical, team-focused environment. You’ll be working with customers across the civil, construction, drainage, water and industrial sectors, helping them find the right products and solutions while building long-term relationships.

Depending on your experience, there are opportunities ranging from customer service and trade counter roles through to more senior positions with greater responsibility across sales, branch operations and team leadership.

What could you be doing?

  • Building strong relationships with trade and commercial customers

  • Managing customer enquiries, quotes, orders and product queries

  • Providing product advice and helping customers find the right solutions

  • Growing existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities

  • Supporting day-to-day branch and sales operations

  • Managing stock, orders and general branch requirements

  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive excellent service

  • For more senior positions, leading teams and taking ownership of branch performance

What we're looking for

We’d love to hear from people with experience in trade sales, internal sales, customer service, branch operations or sales leadership. Industry experience would be advantageous, particularly across.

  • Drainage & Plumbing

  • Engineering

  • Water & Infrastructure

  • Industrial & Manufacturing

  • Trade supply

You might also have:

  • Trade, merchant, building supplies or civil experience

  • Plumbing, engineering or industrial experience

  • Customer-facing sales or trade counter experience

  • A customer-focused, commercial and reliable approach

  • A practical mindset and confidence dealing with people

  • A willingness to learn products and find the right solutions
