Are you a recent graduate with a passion for sales, marketing, and building meaningful connections? We’re looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join a growth-focused team where no two days are the same.

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and face-to-face engagement, putting your coordination, multi-tasking, and organisational skills to work while connecting with people from all walks of life. No two days are the same—whether you’re in the office or out meeting clients, there’s always opportunity to learn and grow.

You’ll also be part of a close-knit, supportive team that celebrates success and enjoys regular social events together

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting business development by identifying new opportunities

  • Building and maintaining strong opportunities

  • Assisting with marketing campaigns, content creation, and organising events

  • Communicating clearly with stakeholders, both internal and external

About You

  • A recent graduate in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships naturally

  • Confident, proactive, and eager to learn

  • Commercial mindset – interested in what makes the economy in New Zealand tick!

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • A team player who thrives in a fast paced environment, but also loves to work on their own and gain responsibility
