Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

Ready for an EA role that gives you more than just diary and travel management? This is a great opportunity for an EA wanting broader exposure across a business and its leadership team.

Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, this is an initial 6-month fixed-term, full-time role providing parental leave cover, with strong potential to become permanent for the right person. As Executive Assistant, you'll provide professional and proactive administrative support across the business, working closely with members of the Senior Leadership Team and supporting key functions across People & Culture, Health & Safety, Finance, and General Management.

This is a highly varied role where you'll coordinate travel, meetings, events, office operations, and a wide range of business administration activities — a great opportunity to build breadth across HR, Health & Safety and Finance while working closely with senior stakeholders.

About the role

Our client is a well-established, New Zealand based company with a growing international footprint across several markets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating travel, meetings, events, and office operations

  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee initiatives

  • Assisting with Health & Safety administration

  • Supporting the Finance team with expense processing, reconciliations, reporting, and supplier documentation

  • Providing wider business administration support to the Senior Leadership Team

About you

You'll be immediately available to get stuck in and have:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar executive business support role

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Experience coordinating travel, meetings, events, and business documentation

  • Able to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality

  • A proactive, customer-focused approach with a willingness to support across a variety of business functions
