Our client is a well-established and growing organisation with a strong presence in its market. Due to continued growth and a focus on strengthening its commercial operations, they are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team.

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys working across the business, influencing decision-making and turning financial and operational insights into tangible results.

About the role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving commercial performance and supporting the organisation's continued growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing commercial strategies to support business objectives

  • Providing commercial analysis, insights and recommendations to senior leadership

  • Monitoring revenue, margins, costs and overall business performance

  • Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency

  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning

  • Managing and analysing commercial performance and key KPIs

  • Building strong relationships across finance, sales, operations and other key stakeholders

  • Supporting pricing, contracts and commercial negotiations where required

  • Using data and market insights to identify opportunities and manage commercial risks

  • Contributing to wider strategic and business improvement initiatives

About you

We are looking for an experienced commercial professional who combines strong analytical capability with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

You will ideally bring:

  • Previous experience in a Commercial Manager, Commercial Analyst, Finance Business Partner or similar commercial role

  • Experience using Power BI and Business Central required

  • Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding

  • The ability to interpret complex information and turn it into clear, practical recommendations

  • Strong Excel and reporting/analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach

  • Confidence working with senior leaders and influencing commercial decisions

  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach
