About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service professional to join a well-established business within the civil, construction and infrastructure sector.
This is a varied role where you’ll be responsible for managing customer enquiries and orders from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring customers receive a high level of service. You’ll work closely with sales, manufacturing and logistics, while also supporting the wider branch team.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing customer enquiries, orders, credits and general administration
Preparing quotes and supporting the sales team with customer requirements
Coordinating orders and deliveries with manufacturing and logistics
Building strong customer relationships and resolving issues through to completion
Supporting the wider branch and working collaboratively across the team
About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, systems-savvy and customer focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
You’ll ideally have previous experience in senior customer service, internal sales or a similar role, along with strong computer and systems skills. Experience within the building, construction, civil or trade industries would be advantageous.
Most importantly, you’ll be a reliable team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. Forklift experience or a current licence would be ideal but is not essential.
