About the role:

They are seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business analysis.
Reporting to the CFO, you will:
Analyse financial data to provide meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business growth.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, offering recommendations to improve financial performance.
Partner with stakeholders across the business to optimise processes and enhance operational efficiencies.
Monitor and report on key financial metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Utilise Power BI and other analytics tools to create impactful reports and dashboards.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven FP&A or senior analytical experience in a hands-on, non-corporate environment.
Strong financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting skills with expertise in Power BI.
Commercially savvy with a strategic, problem-solving mindset.
Clear communicator with excellent time management and stakeholder engagement.
Adaptable, autonomous, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
