The role will involve:

  • Providing client and administrative support
  • Managing internal databases
  • Efficiently managing conflicting deadlines and priorities
  • Creating and modifying existing documents
  • Scheduling appointments and arranging meetings
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Covering reception when necessary

  • Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and control own workload
