The position will oversee both projects and take responsibility for sales management, quoting and generating new business opportunities. Operating in a busy environment, you will be used to the day-to-day changes in workload and will be happy adapting to an ever-evolving role.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and increase sales
• Provie end to end solutions to customers
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for competitive pricing.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships

About You:

• Solid sales experience in sales negotiation and contracting
• Strong communication skills as well as an eye for detail
• Sound knowledge of the construction industry
• Previous estimating experience is an advantage
