Our client is a well-known market leader in payment distribution services. They are looking for a person with a mix of administration and customer service skills to join their innovative team as they continue to push boundaries in their sector.

This role will see you in a fast-paced environment, with the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide scope of duties. This role offers great potential for growth and will see you obtain some invaluable experience to enhance your skillset.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Online order processing and fulfilment
  • First point of contact for customer enquiries; email and over the phone
  • CRM and database management
  • Courier tracking and enquiries
  • Review daily bank transaction history
  • Build strong internal relationships
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the wider team

About you:

  • 2 years experience in an administrative and/or customer service role
  • Ideally exposure to processing online payments
  • Customer service focused
  • Good with MS Office and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills
