Job Summary:

As the Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's image and driving targeted marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience, enhance our brand presence, and ultimately drive business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and target audience.
  2. Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
  3. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging throughout all communications.
  4. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media marketing, email campaigns, and online advertising.
  5. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
  6. Public Relations: Manage media relations and actively seek opportunities for media coverage and press releases.
  7. Event Management: Plan and execute promotional events, webinars, and trade shows to drive brand awareness.
  8. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in marketing and communications roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically in executing marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in brand management and maintaining brand consistency across various channels.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
