As the key figure in the Specification Segment, you will be instrumental in establishing and promoting Clevertronics as a leading name in the lighting and fire engineering market. Your strategic initiatives will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our lighting solutions.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain valuable relationships within the lighting, and architectural specification market, engaging with consultants, architects, and fire engineers.
- Strategic Growth: Formulate and execute strategies that ensure sustainable growth in the specification channels.
- Project Focus: Concentrate on projects and harness specification/project databases to identify opportunities within the Lighting and Fire Engineering spaces.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate new business opportunities while upholding existing client relationships.
- Partnership Exploration: Identify potential partnerships and explore collaborations that can enhance Clevertronics' presence.
- Networking: Attend company and client events, occasionally beyond regular working hours, to strengthen industry connections.
- Deal Assessment: Screen potential business deals, evaluate various options, and recommend equity investments that align with Clevertronics' objectives.
- Negotiation Expertise: Develop effective negotiation strategies and successfully close new deals.
- Market Insight: Keep abreast of industry trends and proactively adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in the electrical industry, either technically or commercially
- Specification experience in the Lighting/Fire engineering and architectural space would be advantageous.
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Professionalism and a commitment to territory management
- Self-motivated/Excellent organisational skills
