As the initial point of contact for clients, you have the ability to meet and surpass sales targets. A background of outbound sales or account management is needed. The role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a sales coordinator position.

You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team dedicated to sharing product information and industry insights to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities –

  • Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers by conducting regular account reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, including sales presentations and proposals.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Generate new business within the customer base
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Technology, Electrical or Data communications
