Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by leading and managing their customer service team. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing customer service policies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.


  • Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the customer service team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the customer service team.


  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and targets.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in using Cargowise and tools.
