Your role will involve building and maintaining strong client relationships, analysing client needs, negotiating with insurers to secure the best terms, and ensuring businesses are comprehensively protected. Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop a portfolio of commercial clients through cold calling and internal referrals.
  • Build a strong understanding of clients’ commercial insurance needs and tailor advice to suit.
  • Deliver exceptional domestic advice, with a good understanding of general insurance products.
  • Proactively deliver on the business servicing requirements so that customers have an excellent experience.
  • Build excellent professional relationships across the fire and general team, as well as the wider business to deliver referrals from internal networks.

With your previous experience as a Commercial Broker at least (2+ years NZ experience) and your NZ Certificate in Financial Services (General Insurance) Level 5, you will be able to hit the ground running and develop strong relationships with a client servicing focus.
