Our client is a values-driven and diverse organisation that plays a vital role within the community. They are now seeking a motivated & experienced Collections Team Leader to join their team. This role requires a strong focus on relationship management, policy implementation, and team leadership and key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the collections process
  • Building & maintaining relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Developing and implementing collection policies and procedures
  • Updating and maintaining the collection management system
  • Ad hoc projects where required

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Previous relationship management experience
  • A strong communicator and team player
  • Prior experience in credit control or debtor management
