About the Role:

Our client is highly regarded for their technical knowledge and their ability to provide the best solutions with the right timeframes, and this has led to an extremely loyal following and many long-standing business relationships.  

Key responsibilities:

  • High volume AP
  • Collating purchase orders and delivery dockets with invoices
  • Monthly reconciliations
  • Manage account queries with suppliers
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies

This is a high-volume AP role so ideally you will have:

  • 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • A Great phone manner
