$120,000 – $135,000 per year

Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance Business Partner to join and lead their finance team. This role is essential in supporting strategy through expert financial insights and collaboration with senior leaders.

As the Finance Business Partner, you’ll be more than just a numbers person building genuine relationships across the business, turning financial data into meaningful insights that support business decisions. This role is perfect for someone who’s not only analytical and proactive, but also enjoys connecting with people in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly accounting completion and review

• Drive the day-to-day finance operations including reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.

• Cash flow forecasting and analysis

• Process improvement identification and recommendation

• Business case analysis and recommendation

• Providing proactive financial and commercial advice on business units

• Lead the finance team in the preparation of the annual report

• Ongoing review of financial systems, practices and policies

• Support ERP implementations, system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.

Skills and experience required:

• CA/CPA qualified

• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant, Commercial Accountant or similar role.

• Ability to communicate at all levels

• Strong technical skills with the ability to pick up new systems
