As a Commercial Broker Support, you'll work alongside an experienced Broker, playing a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive timely, accurate, and professional support. This position offers a great mix of client interaction, administration, and technical insurance work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership of their workload.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive support across a commercial insurance portfolio
Prepare policy documentation, renewals, endorsements, and adjustments
Manage claims processes and liaise with insurers and clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
Ensure all administration is completed accurately and within required timeframes
Work closely with Brokers and the wider team to deliver exceptional client outcomes
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial insurance support role
Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Professional communication skills and a client-focused approach
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment
