If you are currently working in a Chartered Accounting firm preferably in Audit and looking for a move into commercial, or alternatively, in a similar role but keen to explore something with more potential, this could be the role for you!
Working as part of a close-knit team, this role will be responsible for:
- Financial reporting and analysis
- General ledger posting and reconciliation
- Month-end closing
- Tax filing and compliance reporting
- Ad hoc project work including assisting with a new system implementation
Working closely with Senior Management this position will suit someone with the following skills and attributes:
- New Zealand CA qualified or equivalent
- Experience in a big 4 or medium tier firm
- Understanding of NZIFRS and other statutory requirements
- Comfortable with tax matters or utilising and working with tax experts when required
- Exposure to Internal and External Audits
