  • Reporting to the Financial Controller in a well-supported team

Our client’s products is a well-known in supermarkets and corner store a like! They have a small Finance team in NZ that reports off shore. The Financial Controller is fantastic and enjoys mentoring and developing people, to ensure they are challenged and reaching their career goals!

Your key responsibilities will include -

  • Receipting and allocating receipts
  • Processing credits
  • Maintaining a solid customer base
  • Preparing monthly accounts and reconciliations
  • Following up unpaid invoices – although the ledger is well maintained so this is a smaller part
  • Assisting other areas of the business when required

The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with high volume Accounts Receivable, ideally within the FMCG industry but definitely not essential, along with excellent excel and communication skills.
