Working with a small yet close team, this will be a varied role providing support to a range of areas. Taking responsibility for accounts receivable and payroll, this is a position you can truly make your own.

The role will involve

  • Manage the debtor’s ledger 
  • Payroll processing
  • Updating employee details
  • Follow up on overdue amounts and resolve queries
  • Ensure customer account reconciliations are completed
  • Assisting with other areas when necessary
  • Reporting
  • Ad-hoc accounts and administration tasks as required

Skills & Experience

  • A strong background in credit control and payroll
  • Experience with a range of accounting packages.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to build and effectively manage client relationships
