For more than 20 years our client has built a strong network of lasting partnerships the width and breadth of the South Island. They are on the hunt for an experienced Junior Administrator to join their Head Office team in Christchurch.

Providing support to a range of areas, this will be a busy position and one which will see you expand on your administrative, accounts & customer service skills. This is a great opportunity to step into a varied position where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Standard administration duties i.e reception duties, emails, filing, data entry etc.
  • Administrative support including invoicing & scheduling jobs
  • Health and Safety duties
  • General support for the Director and Management Team
  • Supporting the accounts team with accounts payable and receivable.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in an administrator or coordinator position
  • An interest or background in the agricultural sector
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Easy-going and a strong team player
