Our client is a leading provider of healthcare services committed to excellence and innovation.

They are seeking an organised, efficient and experienced Medical Receptionist to join the team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be available to work Wednesday to Friday, with the flexibility to cover shifts earlier in the week from time to time.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting & greeting patients and other visitors
  • Answering phone calls
  • Handling patient inquiries & scheduling appointments
  • Entering patient information accurately in the system
  • Prepare invoices, statements, manage financial transactions, prepare clinics and enter insurance claims
  • Handle confidential patient information with the utmost professionalism and discretion

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior medical receptionist experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive demeanour
  • The flexibility to cover extra shifts where needed
