The Opportunity:
The New Zealand Green Building Council (NZGBC) is a non-profit membership organisation comprising a team of people who are passionate advocates for better buildings, because better buildings mean healthier, happier Kiwis.
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes. You will be there to provide expert strategic and operational advice and guidance to support the organisation’s vision and values. You will provide up-to-date advice on employment relations issues, coach on performance conversations, and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes. This is a sole-charge HR position.
