A-Gas is the world leader in the supply and lifecycle management of refrigerants and associated products and services. Purpose:

Join A-Gas as an Account Manager, specifically in their Rapid Exchange space and play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building lasting customer relationships. As an integral member of our team, you will focus on expanding our customer base, managing accounts, and supporting the launch of new products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer-facing sales activities, including cold calling and relationship management.
  • Manage existing accounts and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Support finance and customer services in converting leads to accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Rapid Recovery team to meet customer obligations.
  • Meet KPIs for revenue growth, budget achievement, and customer interactions.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing sales and account management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Technical understanding of refrigeration systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and techniques.
  • Punctual with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
